At the beginning of the project, we will start it by doing some basic research about this small business. In the first stage of the project, our team will focus on assesses the real situation of this small business and use those data to create a question list for the owner or representer of this small business.
In the next step, we will re-assesses this small business and try to find out something that they can improve in the future, brainstorm the feasibility of our tentative plan, and make sure that can help our customer develop their business.
The last step would be to summary all the information that we collected, and send those results to the other department of our organization. When they get all the information, they will start to do the next stage of the project.
